EU & UK Shipping

Hey Team Avatar! It’s time for another shipping announcement! This time for our EU and UK backers! If that’s you, read on! If it’s not you, we’ll catch up with you next week!
EU and UK Shipping
Our fulfillment partner in the EU and in the UK has begun packaging and shipping packages today!
You will receive tracking information via email from Backerkit. This email will go to the email address associated with your Backerkit account.
Once you receive your tracking information, your package is ready to ship and will be sent out within a few days. From there, it’s a short wait for it to arrive at your doorstep!
Packages should arrive within two weeks after you receive your shipping notification. There may be some delay with packages due to the winter holidays. Please be patient during the holiday season.
Your order will include everything from your pledge and any add-ons you added during the campaign or in Backerkit after the fact. Taxes on the packages have already been paid.
If you receive your shipping notification near the holidays, and wish to have your package delayed, you can do that by contacting your carrier. The carrier information will be sent to you with your tracking information.
Reporting An Issue
Shipping is happening but sometimes things go wrong. This can include a missing item in your order, a damaged item in your order, or your package not showing up. For those issues, please follow these instructions:
If you’re missing an item from your order, use this form. Please include what item is missing from your order specifically (ex: core book, combat deck, standard dice, etc.)
If you have a damaged item in your order, use this form. Please include a picture of the damaged item, showing how it is damaged.
If your order is lost, please wait at least two weeks from the time you received your tracking information and check your tracking information for any updates. After that time has expired, please fill out this form.
Leaving a comment on this update, in the regular comment section, sending us a private message on Kickstarter, or emailing us directly will not be considered reporting an issue. You must use the methods above.
Some things to keep in mind before you report an issue:
The Adventure Booklets are in Wan Shi Tong’s Adventure Guide (unless you ordered individual ones separately)
The Expanded Play Guide is also in Wan Shi Tong’s Adventure Guide (unless you ordered an individual one separately)
Please keep in mind that our team is small and while we will do our best to respond to all issues in a timely manner, that can take up to 72 hours. We also do not work on weekends or over the Winter Holidays (Dec 24 - Jan 2). If you encounter an issue during these times, or feel we’re moving a bit slow, do not send multiple messages or fill out the form multiple times. We are working diligently to respond to you!

Our fulfillment partner in Australia has begun packaging and shipping packages!

Shipping Timelines & Roll20 Sneak Peek

Happy Wednesday, Team Avatar! We hope you’re having a great fall, had a spooky Hallowe’en, and are playing lots of games! We’re back with another thrilling update and we’re excited to share the news with you! Let’s dive in!
Shipping Timeline
We’re so delighted to announce that shipping draws ever nearer and that our initial timelines we gave are right on track! Books, dice, and other products are shipping to various fulfillment centers; they will be sent directly from those shipping partners to the backers!
Once all of the products reach a fulfillment center, that center will begin shipping to backers. This means various regions will ship at different times, depending on when they receive all of the products needed for shipping. You will receive all of the items from your order in one box.
As regions start shipping, we will do a region specific Kickstarter update detailing what to expect, how to contact us if you have an issue, and deadlines on when you should have your package by. Please read your region’s update carefully when we post it.
Here’s a region by region breakdown of shipping timelines:
AU & Asia - These regions already have the products and we are working on getting the backer data ready. These may begin shipping as early as next week.
US / Canada - All products have entered the country and we are working to coordinate transferring the product to our various fulfillment centers. Shipping will begin as soon as that process is complete, which we expect to take a few more weeks.
EU / UK - Some product has arrived in the UK, the rest is still en route but should arrive soon. Shipping should begin before the end of the month.
Latin America - We are finalizing a partnership with a new Latin American fulfillment center that should make shipping go much more smoothly and quickly. Shipping should still begin by the end of November, but this situation is a little more fluid.
As a general reminder, you can no longer change or alter your shipping addresses. Whatever information you have submitted on Backerkit is now final.
Roll20 Sneak Peek
We are so thrilled to announce that we are working on character sheets for Roll20! We know many people love the Roll20 platform, and to ensure even more usability online for your games, we’ve been working hard to get the character sheets ready! They aren’t quite ready yet, but once they are, you’ll be able to play your Avatar Legends game online using Roll20!
Once the Roll20 assets are ready, we’ll post an update letting you know!

Official Digital Toolkit: The Avatar Legends NEXUS
We are incredibly proud to partner with Demiplane to bring you the Avatar Legends NEXUS, a premiere platform offering online toolkits, sourcebooks, searchable content, campaign builders, and integrated services to discover, prep, and play Avatar Legends: The Roleplaying Game! The NEXUS is a set of next generation tools that make the rules easy to access while giving players new ways to connect and play together.
The Avatar Legends NEXUS launches today with an Early Access phase that includes the digital reader, game rules compendium, and group video play space features. Additional tools, including a character builder, interactive digital playbooks, and campaign worksheets, are coming in 2023. The Avatar Legends NEXUS will go live to everyone on October 26th, 2022, but all backers get immediate access to this exciting platform!

Demiplane wants to hear from fans during Early Access! You can provide feedback on the NEXUS by using the Feedback category of the Demiplane Forums. If you encounter any issues in the NEXUS, you can get help by using the Support category or by submitting a ticket with their support team.
The Avatar Legends Nexus codes will be live until the end of 2022. You must redeem your code before the end of this period to add the Avatar Legends NEXUS to your account for free. If you do not redeem your codes by December 31st, 2022, you will need to purchase the NEXUS from Demiplane to gain access.
If you purchased more than one set of rewards, you will receive one code today and additional codes after the first batch of codes has been distributed. Those codes will arrive by Friday, October 14th. Thank you for your patience while we work to ensure everyone has access to the NEXUS!

Shipping Update
Good news, everyone! We’re right on schedule to deliver all of the physical rewards for this campaign by the end of 2022. The remaining materials—mostly books and cards—are now on their way to fulfillment centers across the world, and shipping will begin as soon as our fulfillment partners get the books!
We have locked down Backerkit in advance of the start of shipping. If you need to change your address, please email [email protected] as soon as possible with any changes.
Preorders Available Now
We’re also excited to announce that the Avatar Legends RPG is now available for preorder on the Magpie Games website. If you missed out on the Kickstarter or want more Avatar Legends goodies, you can now preorder your copy of the game, including the beautiful Core Book, Wan Shi Tong’s Adventure Guide, and other amazing accessories like the combat deck and dice!
Fans who preorder the Core Book gain access to the PDF on October 26; preorders for physical products will ship to arrive around January 25th, after backers have received all of their rewards!

Shipping Updates
We’re so delighted to say we have shipping dates for you! Many of the accessories—dice, maps, etc—have reached our fulfillment partners, and the books are getting packed onto boats and shipping in the next few weeks. This schedule means shipping to backers will begin in November and December! You should be getting your rewards just before the winter holidays this year!
As shipping will begin in November, it means we will be closing Backerkit on September 30th. Please update your shipping address before September 30th on Backerkit. To access your Backerkit, please go to https://avatarrpg.backerkit.com/.
If you have any issues accessing your Backerkit, please email us at [email protected]. If you need to update your shipping address after September 30th, you’ll need to email us directly.
We’ll have more information about shipping in our next update and what to expect from the process!
Preorders & Public PDF Release
Now that we have the shipping information we’ve been waiting for, we’re excited to be opening preorders for Avatar Legends! Preorders will begin on October 12. Once preorders are open, we’ll share the news on social media, in our newsletters, and in our October update. Fans who missed the Kickstarter will be able to preorder the PDF through DriveThruRPG and physical copies (with free PDFs) through our webstore.
Actual Play & Digital Tools
The final cut of the Actual Play is currently in the approvals process! This means it’ll likely be available to backers in November or December. Once the approvals process is over, we’ll have a more concrete delivery date for you!
In October, we’ll be going live with the digital tools for Avatar Legends: The RPG. In the next update, we’ll be able to tell you all about our amazing partners! All backers will be given access to the digital tools when they go live and we will post instructions on how to gain access in our October update! We’re so excited that we’re so close to delivering this amazing way for you to play online with your friends!
