Hey Team Avatar! We’re back from the holidays! Thank you so much for supporting us as we got some much needed rest and recovered! We’re excited to dive back in and are here with an exciting update for our Canadian backers: Canada is shipping!
For those folks wanting updates about shipping not related to Canada, we’ll be back soon with a new update for everyone!
Canada Shipping
Our fulfillment partner for Canada has begun packing and shipping! Packages will begin going out shortly!
You will receive tracking information via email from Universal. This email will go to the email address associated with your Backerkit account.
Once you receive your tracking information, your package is ready to ship and will be sent out within a few days. You will receive your carrier information at this time.
Packages should arrive within two weeks after you receive your shipping notification. There may be some delay with packages due to the winter holidays. Please be patient during the holiday season.
Your order will include everything from your pledge and any add-ons you added during the campaign or in Backerkit after the fact.
Reporting An Issue
Shipping is happening but sometimes things go wrong. This can include a missing item in your order, a damaged item in your order, or your package not showing up. For those issues, please follow these instructions:
If your shipping notification is showing a different address than you entered in Backerkit, please use this form.
If you’re missing an item from your order, use this form. Please include what item is missing from your order specifically (ex: core book, combat deck, standard dice, etc.)
If you have a damaged item in your order, use this form. Please include a picture of the damaged item, showing how it is damaged.
If your order has been reported delivered but is missing or stolen, please use this form.
If your order is lost, please wait at least two weeks from the time you received your tracking information and check your tracking information for any updates. After that time has expired, please fill out this form.

We are working diligently to respond to you! We will begin responding to issues filed once we return to the office the following Monday.

Hey Team Avatar! Thank you so much for your patience as we’ve sorted out VAT issues with our shipper for the EU. We've worked hard to get EU shipping started, and we’re thrilled to announce that all of the VAT issues have been resolved and shipping in the EU is beginning today!

United States Shipping
Our fulfillment partner for the United States has begun packing and shipping! Unlike other countries, the United States shipping is divided into six different regions. Regions will begin shipping when all the product is at the fulfillment center until all six regions in the United States is complete. The first region to ship is the East Coast.
Please keep in mind that we are shipping over 50,000 packages within the United States. While things are moving quickly, it will take time to ship out every package. Please be patient as you wait for your tracking email to arrive.

Latin America Shipping
Our fulfillment partner for Latin America has already begun packing and shipping!
You will receive tracking information via email from Devir. This email will go to the email address associated with your Backerkit account.
Once you receive your tracking information, your package is ready to ship and will be sent out within a few days. FedEx will be the carrier for your packages.
Packages should arrive within two weeks after you receive your shipping notification. There may be some delay with packages due to the winter holidays. Please be patient during the holiday season.
Your order will include everything from your pledge and any add-ons you added during the campaign or in Backerkit after the fact.
Latin American backers are responsible for the taxes and customs fees incurred with their packages. Because we are shipping under DAP terms, FedEx will contact you directly (usually via a phone call) once the package has arrived at their facility inside a designated transit zone within your destination’s airport. FedEx will ask you whether you want FedEx to clear the goods with customs or not. Consignees have always the option to select their own customs broker for customs clearance, although this is not recommended.

Shipping Updates

Hey Team Avatar! We know the holidays are creeping ever closer, and getting your packages is a top priority for us! We’re here to give you an update on all shipping regions, what’s been going on, and where has been experiencing delays. Thank you for your patience as we’ve worked to sort every issue as they come up! We’re grateful for your support!
Shipping Updates
Australia & New Zealand: Most of these orders have gone out to backers! Due to an inventory error, we are waiting for one final shipment of product to get to Australia before the remaining 400 orders will be sent out. If you’re one of those 400, we’re deeply sorry for this delay! These last packages are likely to go out before the end of the year, with only a few delayed into the new year!
UK & EU: UK packages are currently shipping—about 50% of packages have already been shipped! We understand there have been some issues with one of the carriers, and we are working to discuss the issue with our fulfillment partner. For those in the EU, there is a small delay with our reshipper as we ensure that VAT is correct and paid so that your packages arrive with the tax paid. These packages should go out before the end of the year.
USA: Unfortunately, due to a managerial error with one of our receiving partners, there has been a delay in receiving, inventorying, and delivering product to our US-based fulfillment centers. While our materials arrived at the receiving facility in November, our receiving partner miscalculated how difficult it would be to process more than a dozen forty foot containers. On behalf of our partners and ourselves, we apologize for this delay! We are working closely and diligently with all our shipping partners to ensure your shipments go out as soon as possible.
As you might expect, preparing and shipping over 50,000 packages is an enormous undertaking, simply due to the sheer volume of product and orders. Shipping will absolutely begin this year, but with the holiday season close at hand, packages may not arrive until the new year. As soon as we hear from our fulfillment centers that they are beginning to send orders, we will let you know!
Canada: The delay in the USA has directly impacted Canadians orders. That said, the product for Canadian orders is on its way to the border. Once our fulfillment partners in Canada receive the product, they will begin shipping. As with the USA, we expect shipping to begin this year, but with the holiday season close at hand, packages may not arrive until the new year. We will let you know once shipping begins in this region!
Asia, Africa, and the Middle East: Unfortunately, there has been a delay getting the product ready to ship due to the necessary labeling required by our licensing agreement. Solving it has taken longer than we hoped as we wait for the new labels to arrive at the fulfillment center. This is moving slower than we were initially anticipating, simply due to long shipping times within Asia. When it arrives, shipping will begin promptly. Once everything is ready, we’ll release an update letting you know it’s begun!
Latin America: Our fulfillment partner in Latin America has been confirmed and product is on the way to their warehouses! We’re so pleased to have a new partner; they have made it possible to upgrade the shipping for all Latin America orders to include tracking information and arrive much faster. Once the product reaches our fulfillment center, shipping for Latin America will begin. We’ll release an update when we know more, but shipping may not begin until early January.
With all of our shipping region updates, we will continue to use the comment section to keep you posted and reply to concerns. We will also post any more information we have on areas already shipping in the comments of the relevant region shipping update. We will post region specific shipping updates for areas not yet fulfilling as they ship out, and tackle any delays that hit the shipping process as they come up! Yip yip!
All Star Actual Play Update
We’re still waiting on some final edits and approvals on the All-Star Actual Play. We appreciate that everyone’s excited for it, especially after the sneak peak! We loved everyone’s feedback on the preview we sent out and we can’t wait for you to see the entire AP! In January, we’ll have clear timelines on when the Actual Play will be available to backers. We’re working closely with the Nickelodeon YouTube team to make the whole video really special, and we can’t wait to show it to you!
